Chaas Tambli Powder – Ginger
Purely Udupi style Chaas Tambli Powder- Ginger . 80gm(MRP Rs.90/-)
Instructions to make tambli :
1. Take 2 tsp of Udupi Kitchen Tambli powder/Chaas powder, 2 tbsp of fresh grated coconut, 1/2 tsp salt and grind it. Add 2 cups butter milk (or 1 cup of curd & 1 cup of water) to this and blend it once again.
2. To this add a jeera tadka. (Take one spoon of ghee in a small pan. add jeera, one dry chilli and 4 curry leaves and fry.) Your Tambli is ready now!!!
3. This can be eaten with rice.
Instructions to make chaas :
1. Add 1/2 tsp of Udupi Kitchen Tambli
powder/chaas powder to a cup of butter milk
and salt to taste and mix. 2. Drink it chilled.
