Ingredients: Rice, Fresh Coconut

Directions For Use:
Neer Dosa:
1.Pour the batter into a clean bowl.
2.Add 250ml to 350ml (1 to 1.5 Cups) of lukewarm water to the batter
Mix well.
3.The batter is not salted. Add salt as per your taste and mix thoroughly.
4.Heat the dosa tawa. Take a ladle of watery batter and splash it evenly
on the tawa.
5.Close the tawa with a lid. Cook in medium flame.
6.Serve dosa with your favourite Chutney.
7.Usage Instruction:
8.Store in a freezer.
9.Remove the batter from refrigerator at least one hour before preparing Dosa.
10.Refrigerate the remaining batter for later use.
